Definition according to WHO;
A State of well-being in which individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses in life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.

What is MENTAL DISORDER
"Disorder" is not an exact term, but it is used here to imply the existence of a clinically recognizable set of symptoms or behaviour associated in most cases with distress and with interference with personal functions.
Personal Functions :Social and Occupational
Social deviance or conflict alone, without personal dysfunction, should not be included in mental disorder as defined here.
